Main responsibilities
• Assist in ensuring that internal audit is performed in accordance with approved internal audit plan and procedures.
• Assist in maintenance of the Bank’s internal audit processes and guidelines.
• Assist in the drafting of internal audit reports.
• Perform coordination work with external auditors and assist Internal Auditor with on- going follow- up process
• Perform any other duties as from time to time requested by the Internal Auditor
Needed Experience and Skills
• Successfully completed studies in economics, accounting or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of internal / external audit experience in Germany
• Basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements for credit institutions
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
• Planning and organizing skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as attention to details
• Fluent written and spoken English and German skills (Turkish would be an advantage)
