Any specific or substantiated suspicion of actual or potential violations in connection with KT Bank AG may be reported. This applies in particular to:

  • violations of laws or regulatory requirements
  • breaches of internal policies and codes of conduct
  • potential human rights-related or environmental breaches of duty within the meaning of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz)

Reports may be submitted regardless of whether they concern individual employees or relate to KT Bank AG, business partners, service providers, or other third parties.

Secure and confidential reporting

KT Bank provides an internal whistleblowing system to enable the structured, secure, and protected submission of reports.

Reports may be submitted by name or anonymously, provided this is permitted under the applicable legal framework. All incoming reports are reviewed with due care and treated with strict confidentiality.

In doing so, we safeguard the rights of all parties involved and act in full compliance with legal requirements, in particular the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz).

Our aim is to identify potential risks at an early stage, investigate them objectively, and respond appropriately.

Customer inquiries and complaints

Inquiries or complaints relating to our products and services do not fall within the scope of the whistleblowing system.
