First steps

If your card was ordered by a KT Bank employee and you did not receive your PIN within a week, please contact our Service Center team again.

For security reasons, the card must be used once with the provided PIN before changing the PIN. After a successful initial use, the PIN can be changed through online and mobile banking. If you no longer remember your PIN, you can request a new PIN from our Service Center.

If your old card has expired, the card you received is a replacement card. The PIN, in this case, is the same as the card being replaced.

If you ordered your card through your online/mobile banking, the PIN is the same as the PIN which you set for virtual card. In this case, you will not receive your PIN separately, and you can immediately use your card with the PIN you previously selected.

From your online or mobile banking, firstly you can apply for a virtual card. After setting a PIN for your virtual card, you can print your virtual card as a physical card via Physical Card Printing menu. The same PIN will be used for your physical card too.

You can convert your virtual card via Physical Card Printing menu in online or mobile banking after setting a PIN for your virtual card. The same PIN will be used for your physical card too.
